Celebration for my last day of visit at Penang / early Chinese New Year?
We bought the yee sang set & added some other stuff of our own i.e. radish, carrot and lemon!
Fatt Choy (prosperity)…
Enjoy it with a bottle of white Moscato.
Unfortunately the supposed-to-be crunchy parts weren’t crunchy! 
And sadly we didn’t manage to get raw salmon
