Not having food weighing machines and measuring cups makes it slightly harder to bake stuff. However I can always rely on the good ol’ instant bake mix or just rely on the ‘agak-agak’ method which however has yet to prove its success. I guess I’m not really good in guessing games.
Amazing how a little icing sugar makes everything looks 10x better.
Ingredients & instructions:
1. One instant baking mix of whatever brand you like.
2. Follow the instructions.
3. Be prepared to adapt and expect a variation of whatever you see on the front box cover.
